Appeals
We understand that you may be disappointed with your allocated school place. Please know that you have the right to appeal for any higher preference school where your child was not offered a spot.
To ensure that your appeal is heard before the end of the summer term, please submit your form by May 14th, 2026. You can easily do this by clicking the button below and completing our online form at: https://www.warwickshire.gov.uk/school-admissions-appeals/appeal-outcome-school-placement
If you prefer a paper form simply give our school appeals team a call at 01926 412954 or send an email to schoolappeals@warwickshire.gov.uk to request one.
While you are preparing your appeal, we strongly recommend accepting the school place your child has been offered. This ensures they have a secured spot for September 2026. Accepting this offer will not impact your appeal in any way, nor will it affect their position on any waiting lists.
Your options
Please talk to the admissions service if you have been refused a place at the school you prefer. They can advise you about alternative schools that have places available and given other useful information like reserve lists for those in the transfer year group.
